It’s a good tracker just a little simpler than I would have hoped for the long awaited gen 4. It’s a better all around design but should have upgrade options for gen 3 holders. One gripe I have is the battery life is not 8 days. I have to charge it twice in 8 days so it’s kinda a let down. My gen 3 had better battery life and it’s 2 years older.

Great ring would recommend. Price Wasn’t to bad and for what it does it’s worth it.

I’ve been really happy with the Oura Ring so far! The fit was perfect thanks to the size guide — definitely recommend wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours before ordering to account for any finger swelling. The ring provides solid insights into your health and wellness, like sleep, recovery, and activity levels. Just keep in mind, you’ll need to figure out how to interpret and use the data in a way that works for you. Overall, a great tool if you’re into tracking your health more closely.

So far so good. It forsnt make a great surprise gift as you need to know exactly which size to get. This ring runs smaller than normal rings.

Good Battery Life Easily Scratches so visually not so nice. Doesn’t sync well with Apple Health

Definitely recommended. Helped me with my sleep and being mindful about how my sleep affects my day to day. I love all the cool features like steps counting and the stress measurement. This is very helpful!!

Oddly enough the only *negative* I can say about this is to make sure you get the sizing kit and take time doing that properly so you get the right size the first time. As for the device and service, the insights it has provided into my sleep patterns, stress levels, and health have been eye opening. I have been able to correlate things I do throughout the day to how I sleep, feel, etc and subsequently made adjustments to my life and it has me feeling better than ever. I do wish it didnt have a subscription but that is the world we live in now. Luckily it isnt expensive in the grand scheme. I highly recommend.
