    Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance.     Love the ring bought it for my daughter. She swears buys it. Helps her monitor her sleeping habits and she can tell when she’s got a cold coming on. Her temperature actually rose when she got sick on her ring so it works.
