What better way to keep track of my heart rate steps sleep and health

Accurate, Sleek, and Convenient. However, for the price and knowing that it’s going to be worn on a hand, you would think it wouldn’t scratch so easily.

This item was purchased as a gift for my niece. She was/is extremely grateful. When she retrieved her gift she stated I can t wait to unlock everything about myself. Exactly as I expected. This ring passively records health data and gives you tips on how to better improve sleep, exercise, and inactive time. I am very happy with the size and durability as well!

I’m enjoying the ring but sizing is definitely weird. You have to size up and since there are no half sizes it can be a little tricky. I’m liking the ring so far but ultimately it doesn’t really do anything that I couldn’t do with other apps or devices that don’t have a membership attached or a hefty price tag.

My first month with the oura ring has been good thus far. An important thing to note is that they do not advertise that in order to access your ring’s data you will have to sign up with their monthly subscription. The data tracking insights are impressive and overall for me personally I think the investment is worth it for the stress and sleep tracking capabilities.

Love the ring and all the tracking capabilities. The app is very user friendly and quick to set up. I have tried an Apple Watch and WHOOP but oura is better than both of those by far in my opinion.

I really love this gadget. It’s incredible how it notice when something is happening to you but at the same time reminds me when to move, prepare to sleep, etc.

My body is definitely getting healthier due to the information this little ring provides. Buy one for yourself; you won't be sorry!

Love this ring! Wanted it for a while and finally got it and it hasn’t disappointed yet. It’s still in the learning phase but has been interesting from what I’ve seen so far. Stays charged for days which is very nice for a busy person.
