I’ve had my Oura Ring 4 for about 6 months now, and I absolutely love it. The sleep tracking has been incredibly helpful, and I enjoy checking my readiness and activity scores .I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Oura Ring 4 to anyone looking for an easy way to track their health and wellness.

I have really enjoyed this compared to a watch & find it much easier for my ADHD self to remember to charge. I have sensory sensitivities and have been much more consistent wearing the ring than a activity watch (apple/garmin/etc.). I got the black and enjoy it. The ring feels light and is sturdy. I’ve hit it on a few things and dropped it and no scratches thus far or damage.

Great device, I recommend the extended warranty just in case (if you plan on using and wearing this everyday). The warranty will also cover replacing the battery within the period if it starts to wear out. Just a note, definitely purchase the sizing kit before hand! I originally did not think it would be needed but I was wrong and had to exchange my ring out. Good product so far :) I will also note that the matte can scratch easily (not sure about other colors, but the warranty covers scratches too)

Great device to track a wide variety of physical activity and sleep parameters. Real time feedback and scoring makes this a perfect health monitor for anyone who wants to take control of their health. Impressed also with battery life lasting up to 7-8 days before needing to be recharged.

Oura has given me insights on my sleep now I have a better understanding of my sleep patterns, another amazing about Oura is I can track my cycles especially my BBT body basil temperature and I don’t have to reach over and grab my BBT thermometer which makes it easier for me. I love Oura if you’re looking to track your overall health than Oura is for you.

Love this ring. I’ve been wanting one for over a year and finally pulled the trigger on it! It’s been accurate and has helped me to manage my movement and stress levels from day to day. My only gripe is the sizing - i do wish it came in half sizes! Also, fully expect your ring to be scratched on day 1 lol

I gave the Oura Ring as a gift to my wife and she absolutely loves it. She finds it comfortable, stylish, and very easy to use. The sleep and wellness metrics help her a lot, and the app makes everything clear to understand. Overall, she’s really happy with the gift and wears it every day.

The Oura Ring is amazing. It helps track my fitness, sleep and basal rates of metabolism and recovery. I am much more in tune with my health thanks to this device. Too bad Peter Thiel at Palantir has access to my data, but I digress. I sold my soul to big tech when I got my first iPhone in 2012 so, it's not really that a big deal to me lol. 10/10, highly recommend this product.

Got the oura ring. It has been a good experience. I am able to keep track of health and readiness. Battery lasts for days which is convenient. I picked it up from a drop box. I also have the total tech so it comes with warranty

I wear this as my wedding ring and love how I can wear it and forget it. Only have to charge once a week and now get to have better track of my sleeping and movement activities.

I’ve had this almost a month now, so I’m ready to review it and I previously used an Apple Watch song comparing things to that. I love that the ring can last six days it seems to stand up to that as well. The sleep tracking is much better than the watch. I get more in-depth information relating to my sleep. All around I’m happy with my purchase and recommend. I love the temperature tracking and heart rate variable tells me more in depth about my stress levels throughout the day and makes me more mindful.

I am literally obsessed with my ring. I walked into Best Buy same day, measured my finger and purchased all within 30 minutes. The store attendant was knowledgeable about the ring and its capabilities and Best Buy had good stock. I left with the gold Oura ring which I wear on my pointer finger. The battery life is amazing and it literally lasts for 5 to 7 days. As a busy person who doesn’t have time to always remember to charge everything, this was the exact reason that I picked this ring over other health trackers .

I would highly recommend this product. I love how it tracks your sleep, stress levels, heart rate, and menstrual cycle. Only thing I don’t like is the bulkiness of the ring but I know they are coming out with a new version that is slimmer. This one also is prone to scratches. I have petite hands and purchased a size 6. Always make sure to purchase the sizing kit before you buy.

I’ve really enjoyed my ring so far. I bought it about two months ago and I have already noticed improvements in my day-to-day life just because I have the insights the oura provides. It’s helped me pay more attention to my unique bio rhythms and chronotype, which has helped me improve sleep and daily productivity. I purchased the matte brushed silver ring, and have received many compliments from people that notice it. The matte finish makes it look subtle, however, in bright sunlight, it catches a very shiny glow that makes it stand out considerably. I’ve spent more time outdoors with friends as the weather has improved, and noticed that the ring was reflecting sunlight onto the people around me when I move my hands. Nobody has commented that it’s been bothersome, but this is something to consider if you have loved ones that are photosensitive. One thing I wasn’t aware of was that it takes a while to build up accurate readings and insights into your health, which is something I should’ve assumed because these things naturally take time to observe. The only downfall has been it does scratch rather easily. Aside from cosmetics, I’ve been very pleased.

So far it has helped me a lot with tracking my sleep, and my menstrual cycle. I love it. It also looks great when dressing up

Being able to track so many things puts me at ease, if you’re invested in learning more about your body it is absolutely worth the money. I wake up everyone morning eager to know what the stats are. It is so worth the price.
