Now I know how well I sleep, how many calories I'm burning, my heart rate at any given time, my oxygen saturation percentage. And most of the time I don't even know I'm wearing it.

Love the ring. Great battery life. A little bulky but you get used to it. The sizing rings you have to buy to determine your size are a little bit smaller than the actual ring size. Size 8 in the sizers fit me better but when I bought the ring it would fall off my finger when I was wearing it so I had to size down.

So far overall good product for health tracking, biggest cons are the monthly subscription and it does scratch easily. It’s nice having a health tracker that isn’t a watch.
