I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

Excellent ring. Not heavy at all and besides the fact it does scratch easily it does work wonders for you health. It’s a good device to track your sleep as it’s really accurate. I love the ring

It’s worked for about 6 months then Oura had to replace it with a refurbished one. The battery kept draining and requiring to recharge every other day. Oura wouldn’t replace it right away only till the ring send a message with error or trouble shooting.

I got these for the whole family. Easier to wear to bed and monitor sleep patterns. A lot great and fun insight to your life. Counts steps, provides meditations suggestions, etc. Battery life is almost 2 weeks!
