    A lot of insight on sleep and recovery. For tracking workouts, it’s not good as it interferes with machines, dumbbells and barbells. Battery life is about 3-4 days.

    I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.

    One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it!
