Got this because the Fitbit I had fell apart after a lap and a half in the pool when I tried using it for swimming. Unfortunately, the Oura ring only read the first time I used it swimming. Since then, I've had to manually enter each time that I swam. Does not read my activities at all, I am always entering tasks/activities manually after the fact. Does not seem to be designed for people who work nights. Even with my entering when I work, it still tries suggesting I sleep during my work hours. And has a difficult time properly registering my sleep. And now, after 2 months I am having the problem of my fingers fluctuating in size. The ring goes from almost being too tight to slipping off my finger, Recommend you get a ring that fits in the middle of sizing various fingers. Then, as fingers change in size, you can switch the ring to the best fitting finger at the time. Ring is tough. Swim with it twice a week. Wear it at the gym and has not gotten scratched or scuffed yet.

Have had the ring a couple weeks and am just now fully up and running with established "base lines". Enjoy the technology and App. My only negative is the material of the ring itself. I got the matte black Oura 4 and the material/metal is quite soft and susceptible to scratching. After wearing mine outdoors doing some yard work it got pretty scratched up. Since you want it to measure activity, you'd think they'd use more durable materials considering the price of the product. Found out after the fact there are "ring covers" although that seems to defeat the purpose of the rings design and finish if you're going to hide it under a cover.

I have sleep apnea and asthma. The Oura ring helps me keep tabs on my breathing and heart rate when I sleep. I don't like the watch style trackers, as I don't wear watches.

Good product except I lost mine. I like the Find My Ring part; I unfortunately did not relocate mine. I asked several people who have the ring and we all are in agreement of the feature(s) accuracy with the sleeping, heart rate and activity measurements. Expensive ring to lose but very good product overall.

I’ve only had this for about a month but so far I really like it and I think the Black Friday deal was great !

overall good health information if you care about it. sleek but don't recommend working out / lifting weights with it - will scratch and sweat causes smelly finger

Love this ring! Great customer service if any issues too, was sent a replacement for an issue and was very easy. It does scratch easy from normal wear is my only complaint but otherwise love it!

Good device for analyzing sleep data. Helped me determine the amount of rest needed to make it through the day on a full charge.

Would highly recommend. It tracks my stress and gives tips to relieve it. It also knows when im getting sick so I can quickly take action. I also love that I can take a shower and wash my hands without taking it off.

This is a great tool for tracking my health. I have had for 2 months. It picks up the slightest changes in body temperature sleep etc.
