Size up, I had to go to the emergency room to get it removed.. my finger was purple.. not my favorite or most accurate

I was very skeptical about all of the smart rings on the market, but I have fallen in love with my Oura Ring 4. It has really changed how I look at my daily health, how easy it is to do that, and then how easy it is to communicate it to my doctor. It takes about 2 weeks for your Oura Ring 4 to fully adapt and learn. What is your normal rhythm so it can start to identify anomalies, but this is one of the greatest elements of these rings., their ability to help. Identify health anomalies that should be reported to your health professionals. It has also helped me work on my sleep. I did not realize how poor my sleep has been, and so as a result of the Oura Ring 4, I have been making some necessary changes and I'm already seeing much better sleep. Each charge lasts about 8 days, and if you struggle taking these off, just use soap and water. That was my one concern with these rings, since they are rigid. I had been using a silicone ring for years, as I have very large knuckles compared to the circumference of the other areas on my fingers. This is very comfortable to wear, it's not too thick, and it's easy to take off with soap. The benefit of using soap to take it off is that you are supposed to clean it with soap periodically anyway, so this this makes that just happen naturally As a middle-aged person, I can't recommend this ring enough, and I can't recommend starting to take control of your health enough. I like what the oura ring does, the information it provides. But the rose gold color faded very quick and it was the most expensive choice.

I have COPD and I bought the ring for SpO2 readings. It turns out you only get one value daily. It is an average for when you are sleeping. This is now providing SpO2 at all. I have the Apple Watch 9 with SpO2. It is no longer available from Apple in the US due to a patent dispute. I was looking for a backup. Spent a lot of time with their tech support with no positive result. This may be good for others but it does not do me any goo. Additionally, the set counts are erratic. I compared to my Apple Watch and a pedometer. Not sure that is meaningful. Step counts are all over the low with different devices anyway. So this rating is just about SpO2.

Broke within two weeks. Returned it. I also read this is a common occurrence with this ring. Makes no sense spending this much on a ring and it doesn’t last.

Not working. Won’t charge or connect to iphone. Can not get to Oura support. Just an AI bot

This Ring would throw up some glitches and wouldn’t connect to the phone all the time it worked good for the first week after that I kept having problems connecting so I ended up returning it.

After a promised birthday delivery date that you failed to complete, notice that a piece was in Stafford with Fedex to be delivered the next day that apparently disappeared, two more fruitless visits to the store and a "manager" who informed me bluntly that he could not issue a refund, we returned to the office only to spend another wasted hour on the phone with your service person. It was a horrible experience, It will take me some time to return to Best Buy for anything, Live up to your name or change it.

The ring sizer does not match the ring. To snug. !

Love the ring, but the battery life is much shorter than advertised.

Best Buy doesn't honor Black Friday pricing on a size exchange for the same product. Extremely disappointing business practice and I see no reason to ever shop with them again

I like the information collected but wish the Oxygen level could be checked more offen throughout the day.

Didn't like how wide it is and didn't seem worth the money. I ended up returning it.

To wide for my short fingers. It hurt when I bent my hand around things. Didn’t count steps or exercise while snowblowing! I returned it since it just wasn’t working for me.

I do like the look and concept but will trade in for an Apple Watch

Went to the store in NYC, Had my credit card in person. Shipped to my NYC address, for some reason Best Buy CANCELLED my order with no explanation

After just 6 months the ring will no longer sync with my phone so I'm unable to know vital statistics. $400 for a ring that is useless without the app which won't sync.

I got this thinking that it would provide better general health information. But it doesn’t really provide any more data than my AppleWatch. And then it hide the data behind labels and other titles rather than just giving you the raw data. Also, the finish on the tong was easily scratched and looked cheap after just a couple weeks. Finally, even though I had 60 days to return it through Best But, Oura still charged me for a years subscription, which I can’t use because I don’t have the device. I’m going to contest the charge with the credit card, but this seems predatory and like a pure money grab. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

It’s cute but not worth the value. Then you have to pay for the membership. I do not think I’ll be keeping it
