The fitness data collected is shared in an incredibly user-friendly way to help promote healthier lifestyle choices, such as eating better, getting more sleep, and staying active. Aesthetically it looks great and fits nicely and snug but not too tight. Haven't tried it at the gym yet, but I ordered a silicon cover so I can avoid scratching it on the weights. It's a bit pricey, but I took advantage of Black Friday deals, and I'm excited to see many insights after a year of using it.

Product is great, been wearing it over a month now. I don’t even notice i have it on anymore. I charge it once every 5-6 days, haven’t had a problem with it yet! Only thing I don’t like is the subscription model for this product, otherwise it’s great.

This is my second Oura ring. My first lasted me 3 years. The battery life on this generation is much better than the previous. My sleep has drastically improved by reviewing the data in the app and helping me identify patterns.

Much comfortable and convenient than I had originally thought. The ring communicates with the other health apps I have and synchronizes the data efficiently. I find it especially useful to track sleep patterns.

I love it. It works very well. It tracks my sleep my health everything that I could ever think of in a ring. I’m so glad my husband purchased one for me thanks.

I tried 3 different smart rings, and this is the only one I didn’t return. I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

Love it battery life is long, feels more accurate than the watch. Gives great advise and answers any questions with its AI advisor deff recommend

Totally worth getting, tracks sleep better than any other system that is out right now.

I was unable to wear this ring on my index finger as it was purchased for my wife. It turns out I she is not as cool I am, and did not want it. I tried it for a week and found it to be comfortable and I really liked the different data points it gathered. More than the raw data I especially liked how the app analyzed it and then explained the scores for me. I have since traded in for the correct size and am looking forward to building a significant baseline. Not for nothing but I am also looking forward to the integration with dexcom and their CGM. I feel like that elevates the Oura 4 to the top of the food chain when it comes to wearable tech for health purposes. When and what to eat along with sleep to maximize metabolic health. Excited to get the full experience from this product.

It was a gift for my daughter and she is totally in love with the product. It has very good design and it is very accurate.

I absolutely love it! It tracks everything and I mean everything, they are constantly testing and coming out with new feature they can be tracked along side with other devices like now a glucose monitor! I hate that so many people don’t like it because of the membership you do have to pay for but, if you are really trying to get into monitoring you body and focusing on your health it is definitely worth the money over all! I’ve only had it for 2 months but the amount of data that is has already tracked is amazing!

I’ve owned OURA rings for a few years. The Gen 4 ring has made a number of improvements. Longer battery life, lighter weight and an updated app are a few of the new features. I am very happy with the OURA ring and start out my day checking my data.
