I love this ring. This is my 2nd one. I upgraded because I wanted to put it on a different finger. I love keeping track of sleep and resilience.

I have an Apple Watch and didn’t think this would have anything different to track, but I was wrong. I never wore my watch to sleep due to notifications, for that alone the rings is great. BUT…it goes farther, it learns you and your patterns. It tracks your vitals across so many metrics, even your temperature. Tells you how best to do yoir day and activity. It knows yoire getting sick before you do…magic! If yoire curious abput getting this ring, you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure there will be something and then some that you get from it.

It works great! Absolutely love this! Way better than all of the other knock offs!!!!!

I love my Oura ring, my only complaint is that since I got the gold color, it scratches so easily, I work in healthcare so I’m constantly using my hands and my ring is scratched up. I still love it and it’s not really noticeable to others.

This is my third ring. They are very reliable and long lasting. They have helped me focus in on sleep, HRV and regular movement. I also tried a glucose tracker with it and would recommend that for a week or two just to see how foods affect you

Used sizing kit first so I would get the right fit. It is pretty accurate on everything and when I was sick it told me I was having strain on my body prior to me knowing I was sick. 10/10!

Fit and finish are pretty good, tracking and app top notch! Only complaint is the softness of the metal. It scratches and scuffs looking at it. I have found TPU covers online, oura should put them in the box. Overall buy it, just don't expect it to stay pretty more than 30 days unless you put a cover on it

Absolutely love my Oura ring and it’s another handy tool for health insights. Love the color and the fit of my ring, the ring sizing kit is a life saver for sure.

I’ve this ring! Predicts illness before it happens and lets me know to take it easy. Also lets me know what kind of sleep I am lacking: deep, REM, etc. Gages the best time for me to go to bed.

I love it for tracking my sleep and overall health. Too bad the battery started depleting randomly after a year. Their warranty though i was able to get a replacement for free!

I love this smart ring! It’s smooth and not bulky. It gives me the data I need to make wise health and exercise decisions. It does scratch relatively easily, but there are silicone covers that can be purchased to be worn, especially at the gym. Overall, it’s a great product and I’ll be sticking to this brand for a long time.

This ring has been great ! I wear it every day, it charges fullbattery in 20 minutes

I’ve had this for a couple months now and I love it! Cant go out with out it. The battery lasts pretty long almost a week or more. It’s effective & pretty accurate with everything. For reference I got a size 7 and it fits perfect I’m usually a 7 in rings also.

This ring re-inspired my desire work out and just track my health. I did think the ring would tell me more than it did- however, I love knowing my sleep data, activity tracking, and it’s pretty spot on predicting my period- which was very helpful as I almost wore a light color but checked my ring and it told me due to my body temperature increasing I most likely would begin my menstrual cycle- which I did! Overall, it’s a neat gadget and I feel great being able to monitor as much as it is capable of! (I do think the step count is off and ur tracks every arm movement as a step)
