    The sizing is weird! But I love it, I would recommend this ring to anyone. Especially if you have chronic illnesses. The amount of details it has is great. It has really helped me get my health on track.

    It is great for tracking sleep and stress but bro great to use as a fitness tracker. Also don’t love that you have to pay to use all the features in the app.

    Overall I don't regret this purchase. It has really helped me learn about my sleep patterns and made me more mindful of some other aspects of my health. I hate that three days after purchasing it, it is already scratched up and I'm an accountant who sits at a desk all day. I can't imagine what this would look like for someone with an active lifestyle.

    The ring is a good ring and seems to monitor a lot of health issues. I just dont understand how to read all of the info on the app though or how to set certain things on there. I guess i will learn as time goes on. There really should be some sort of tutorial with all the different things on it so that I can learn all the different functions. I really thought the battery would last a little longer though i seem to only get about 5 days out of it.
