Pretty handy. I like the personalized insights, wish they were a bit more personalized and varied though. The subscription fee is unnecessary but at least is HSA/FSA eligible. Powerful at detecting minor changes, very sensitive. While it is good to get a visual summary of how your body is feeling to force yourself to be kind to your body and listen to it from time to time in a busy stressful life, I'm not sure if it biases me to expect that because I'm not at a 100% or have "minor strains" I'll be extra tired that day (chicken and egg).

It’s well worth the price I’m a 56 year ole OTR driver who doesn’t get normal meals, sleep schedules or stress free days due to customers and traffic so it’s nice being able to see what I need to focus on more during my hectic travels

after purchased it for me, in another week I've got another to my wife, I love the app and all features, being able to monitor my sleep and many other things. I'm happy with it despite being pricey.

⭐️ I purchased the Oura Ring 4 Gold Edition for over $500, expecting a premium wearable experience. I’ve had it for a little over a year (purchased November 2025), and unfortunately it hasn’t held up the way I expected. The gold metal scratches very easily. I work an office job, so this isn’t from heavy labor. I do wear it during workouts which is reasonable for a smart wearable but the cosmetic wear showed up quickly and noticeably. The biggest issue is the battery life. When new, it lasted close to a week. Now, it barely lasts less than 24 hours, which makes it impractical to use as intended. At this price point, I expected better durability and longevity. Also disappointing: this is not eligible for a warranty replacement, despite the battery degradation. Recommendation: If you’re set on getting an Oura Ring, I’d strongly suggest choosing one of the non-metal finishes, which should be more forgiving when it comes to scratches. The tech is useful, but the premium metal option doesn’t justify the cost based on my experience.

Seems to be a good product. I like that the battery lasts 5-7 days and I can wear it in the shower and swimming. It did take some time to get used to wearing it! Added a cheap mini band to dress it up!

Ring is Larger than expected but perfect fit light weight and more accurate info than iPhone

I am loving the oura ring so far. I have an Apple Watch but this ring gives you so much more information without having to charge everyday and always have on when your sleeping ect. It gives you insight into your sleeping habits and how to improve. Plus many many more things. I wasn’t sure I would be able to wear it because of the size but I don’t even notice it’s on anymore

I didn’t know i needed this until I have it. Moved away from all the smart watches and i love it.

I love my new aura ring. I previously have a wool band, but I don't like to wear anything on my wrist to sleep. The ordering's been helping me with my sleep.
