Extremely happy with my Rose Gold Oura Ring! I was worried about the scratching, however I've worn nonstop and even worked out with metal dumbbells - no problem. The scratches that are there are not noticeable unless you really try to find them. It's been holding a charge for right around a week which is amazing! Love it!

I purchased this ring for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She gets real time notifications on how her sleep is, restless or a good sleep. There are a lot more benefits than just sleep but it would be a long review. I actually going to purchase one for myself. Overall, it is definitely worth the price. We went with the silver color due to less possible scratches. Go get one, you will not be disappointed.

I really love this ring! The 4th gen lasts about 5-6days battery wise, which is very long in my opinion ! It does scratch, but thats expected with any piece of jewelry!

Love my ring. As someone with high anxiety and poor sleep, this helps me to regulate and tracks the management which I'm able to share with my doctors. It also alerts me when my bio-rhythm is off which helps to "predict" my migraines.

Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.

The Oura ring has been an excellent addition to my wearable tech line up. I wear my applae watch during the day and take it off at night and the Oura ring 24/7 except to charge and actives that might damage it. It’s very comfortable to wear and the battery life is excellent.

I like the Aura ring but don't wear it daily. When I wear it, it is accurate in tracking my health and fitness. It is also fashionable and blends in with other jewelry.

About a month in now and really liking the Oura ring. I don't even notice that I'm wearing it anymore and it's taught me so much about my sleep, how it affects me, and what's actually happening while I'm in bed. Just don't be dumb like me and scratch it against other abrasive metals like gym dumbbells!

I bought the Ring for my husband with the expectation that it would be a convenient option for notifications and activity tracking, and in terms of basic functionality, the product does its job. It’s comfortable and practical for monitoring certain functions, but for us, it fell short in the features we were looking for. The performance is good, notifications come through without issue, and the battery life is adequate. However, the device doesn’t offer as many options or customization as we had hoped, making it less useful for my husband’s daily needs. Pros: Basic functionality works well Comfortable and easy to use. Good battery life. Cons: Limited in terms of additional features. Not as versatile as other similar devices. Overall, the Ring could be useful if you’re looking for a simple device for notifications, but if you’re after something with more features, it may not be the ideal option.

I found that the Oura ring was a very attractive ring, (Wasn't expecting to like the looks one way or another, but it's simple and classy.) I find myself checking my "stats" a couple of times a day, to see if I'm making progress. (To my surprise, I am.) And I have had numerous people notice my Oura, and ask me my thoughts. It was a very good purchase!

Perfect.perfect fit and tracks vitals to perfection

I switched from the Galaxy ring to this, and although i do like how this looks, but having to pay $6 bucks a month + not getting wireless charging case with it goes to show that this company is really greedy. I'll probably be switching back to Samsung or a Chinese brand until Oura can start to charge reasonable prices for us.

I had tried the gen3 before switching to the gen4 and honestly the fit is SO much better. Since the sensors are more flush with the ring nothing presses into your finger like it does with the gen3. So comfortable and I love the insights it gives me as well as the battery life.

It is exactly as described. I couldn’t ask for a better fitness and health tracker.

Love my oura ring it has helped me track my sleep and ultimately work on making it better, it had also helped me track my cycle.

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.
