I love the Oura Ring. It tells you a lot of great information regarding your health. I would go up a size to make sure that it fits good.

This device has given me more detailed facts considering my sleeping (better than sleep apnea machine) and level of exercise. Information is the key to improvement.

I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

I love having all the data. Better sleep has been my primary focus using Oura.

Love all the metrics it gives, especially sleep data and stress levels. Only issue I have is my ring is a little too loose. I used the size guides in multiple stores and measured before I bought. I felt like I was in between 2 sizes and ended up going with the larger size nc the smaller aize felt to tight. After a month or so wearing it, i feel like I could've gone down in size.

I love my ring. Made very well. It does everything great. Tracks everything about your health, can even tell you when you're getting sick before you realize you are. I use it mainly for gym and sleep, but it does way more.

The ring fitting within the store was easy to navigate. My ring fits perfetly and the battery lasts a few days. To charge, it only takes about an hour. The OURA app is easy to navigate to get stats on your heartrate, stress, lseep patterns, excercise, and more. Highly recommend if you're interested in seeing more/ keeping track of your vitals. Note that the silver does scratch.

I love the data that I get about my sleeping and overall readiness. I love how accurate it is to predict my periods, when I should take it more easy and when I can give it a go.
