I had gotten myself an oura ring and when my husband saw mine he wanted one for himself so we went and got him one and he is absolutely obsessed! I use it for cycle tracking but my husband loves seeing his sleep patterns and calorie burn. We will definitely keep buying Oura rings as they continue to perfect they’re technology.

Works well, no issues. Battery lasts 5-6 days. Charges quickly. App is easy to use

I have been on the fence on whether to buy a smart ring or not and I’m glad I finally did. It helps immensely that, regardless of which OS your phone runs, the Oura Ring app both sync seamlessly with your phone’s native Health apps. It’s comfortable, light, durable, and the app has top-notch health insights and metrics (as a health IT specialist and informaticist myself, this is a massive positive for me). My only concern is the long term wear and tear of its coating/material but was able to grab some ring sleeves to lessen it especially when wearing it at the gym.

Love it! It last me days before I have to charge it again. Love all the available data it track.

The only downside is the surface of the ring - it tends to scratch pretty easily with regular wear. I’d recommend getting a silicone cover or ring protector to keep it looking nice over time. Great product overall, just needs a bit of extra care to stay in good shape!

Had for a month now and have been loving it, the app makes it so easy to see everything and even picked up when I was getting sick. The battery lasts for days have only charged it like 2 times and it charges quick!
