We got this for my husband. He is very happy. He has had open heart surgery so this is important

Love this ring. Very interesting to see how I’m sleeping, breathing, my steps, how my body temp changes when drinking alcohol, etc. Definitely makes me more aware of what I’m doing and how it affects my body. The only downside is it seems to easily scratch on surfaces, but I guess scratches are to be expected when you’re wearing it 24/7.

I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to focus more on health and wellness. Incorporating this device into my workflow has helped a lot, even in the first month I've used it! I get a ton of helpful information through the app and many of the recommendations I've been given have helped not only recovery but also my mood. The subscription fee is something to consider, but I figure my health is worth the equivalent of a cup of Starbucks every month!

Absolutely love the Oura Ring ... wearing it is comforting knowing how accurately it is reading your vitals ... while going about your daily activities or working out seriously to achieve body building results. Breathing and sleeping monitoring also is a plus ... as well as cardiac readings being recorded. The Oura Ring is one of the 'BEST' decisions I have ever made ... it actually suggests ways to improve your behavior and your health after the Oura Ring becomes familiar with you and your daily habits. Yes, I can only hope to encourage more people to purchase this exciting, innovative item ... and I am sure my enthusiasm about the Oura Ring will be shared by all !

It’s so lightweight and comfortable to wear, even to sleep (which is a big reason I wanted it because I can’t sleep with my Apple Watch on). I have used the data that it provides to plan out my activity output and it has made a big impact on how quickly I recover and how good I feel. Would 10/10 recommend

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I tried it and for the 1st few days I was skeptical. After a week I noticed I did improve on my sleep and move habits. It’s also nice because it’s something different the wrist fitness trackers it’s both useful and fashionable.

I'm loving the experience of my Oura. The app is absolutely amazing and the experience it's even better than my smartwatch. The battery takes around 2 weeks without charging.

I waited a long time to buy a ring like this because I wasn't sure it would do what I needed to do. Once I got used to it it was great! Now I know how well I sleep, how many calories I'm burning, my heart rate at any given time, my oxygen saturation percentage. And most of the time I don't even know I'm wearing it.
