Great product. I wear it every night to sleep and it tracks it efficiently. Would recommend.

The Oura ring is good when you want to know all your body insights. It’s good for sleep, stress, readiness, and heart rate. I went into the store which I highly recommend to get the right size, the band with is thick so you might need to size up. The ring is ok for workouts but doesn’t really give you that many insights like an Apple Watch would. For example if you run a lot and want to track distance, it won’t show you that in the app. It will show you the zone your heart rate was in and how many calories were burned. The ring also tracks temperature and if you’re using it for cycle synchronization it’s good with that!

The Oura Ring provides the individual with a daily look at their physical well-being. It constantly reminds the user awareness of activity levels needed to improve their health. The Ring is an awesome device, minimally intrusive, and provides a wealth of life-saving information tools!

Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance. It provides excellent feedback regarding sleep score, cardiovascular age and even has a new symptoms add-on that will try to catch sickness early! Would highly recommend!

Great product for health information on a daily basis. I can keep up with total steps,which is more accurate than my Apple Watch. Get sleep data, plus activity level, alone with information to let me know about any temp changes to alert me about potential infection.

Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.
