I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a while now and honestly, I love it. It’s super discreet — doesn’t even look like a health tracker — but it gives me so much helpful insight about my sleep, energy, and how my body’s really feeling each day. It’s helped me understand when I need to rest and when I can push myself a bit more. The app is also super easy to use and really clear. It’s definitely an investment, but for me, it’s been totally worth it.”

I’m enjoying the ring but sizing is definitely weird. You have to size up and since there are no half sizes it can be a little tricky. I’m liking the ring so far but ultimately it doesn’t really do anything that I couldn’t do with other apps or devices that don’t have a membership attached or a hefty price tag.

I love all the features of the ring and everything I’ve learned about my body, I recommend it 100%.

I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.
