    The Oura ring has helped me to have a better sleep schedule, and be more mifndful of my proirities with respect to getting a good night sleep. I definitely recommend to people who want to track their sleep. But Keep in mind that the ring is by no means a good sports tracker.

    Gift for my son. He wanted black then tried on Stealth and it looked amazing. As far as sizing goes he went up a size and it fit great. Stealth color looked smooth and stylish.

    I dont know how I ever lived my life without my oura ring. Its super helpful as a mom of 2 young kids to see where I’m lacking as far as sleep, energy, etc. i also use it for cycle tracking.

    As someone who has never worn a ring the idea of wearing one 24/7 has actually been pretty easy to get through. The ring is stylish which helps and almost elevates all my outfits the more I wear it. I loveee the sleep data and the wayy that it syncs workouts.
