Great ring, Apon opening it nake sure not to place the ring on the charger incorrectly because it will get stuck. Also keep in mind that fingers do swell from time to time so try not to get a ring that is too snug to begin with if you dont plan on using the sizing kit to find the ideal size. This ring does a great job of tracking my sleep habits. Do be aware that it will get scratched if you dont put a protective band on it right away.

The Oura Ring helped me understand the quality of my sleep, not just how many hours I slept. By tracking sleep stages like deep sleep and REM sleep, I became more aware of how my habits affect my rest. Improved Daily Energy .The readiness score shows how prepared my body is for the day. This helped me adjust my activity levels and avoid burnout when my body needed recovery.

I don't like iwatches or anything that can be distracting from staying present in the moment. However, with the oura ring it's just a beautiful ring that doesn't distract from the moment. When I have free time to connect with the app, is when I can get the personal insights. From heart health, to sleep data, to activity and stress levels. With it's easy to read charts and stats, it makes wholistic health approachable. Highly recommend it to others. Recommending my to get it so we can be in each others circles and have another layer to the ring of having your closest friends/family as your accountability buddies as we walk through life together.

My wife has been using it for 2 months now and she loves it. Literally talks about her stats everyday haha. Seems to be pretty accurate on a daily basis as well. The battery life also last for a few days and charges pretty quick as well. Overall, it was a great buy in my opinion and I plan to get one for myself as well now

Oura ring helps track key information on your health status. Easy to use and tracks your trends. Would reconned as a health monitoring tool. The battery life is about 7 days in one charge.

Skeptic at first but I really love my oura ring! I use it when I do yoga, pilates, walking and my every day activities. Monitors everything excellent! Have washed my hands with it on and works perfectly!

Almost perfect. The reason of not having 5 stars is because the tracking of my heart rate while working out isn’t accurate at all, even when having the sensor facing my palm (tried even with tape so it won’t slide) I was averaging 110 to 130 bpm while on my other more accurate tracker I was between 150-170. I think if they fix that issue this will be a perfect product. Sleep wise is hands down the best product you can get and battery also last a long time

love this so far! It is great seeing my sleep and activity on it, without have to wear a bulky watch. The charge lasts me about 3 to 4 days. If you aren't used to wearing a ring it does take a few days to get used to but other than that, perfect.

I am so happy I purchase the Oura ring gen 4. It does tell your to get sick, it monitor your sleep well. Your heart rate. I am still learning as well how to understand and navigate the Oura ring.

Love this ring, it tracks my stress, reminds me to work on better managing my levels. It also tracks my sleep quality and because Of this I’ve been making more attempts at bettering my sleep numbers every day.

I absolutely love the sleep tracking and daily vitals breakdown. I am in between a 10 and a 9 as far as size so I wish there were half sizes. I also wish the battery life lasted longer but I understand the mechanics behind why it dies so quickly. Overall I recommend it and I look forward to future menstrual cycle insights.

Love this ring , my husband used it as his wedding ring . You wouldn’t be able to tell it’s a smart ring ! My husband has sleep apnea and uses it to track his sleep and it works amazingly. Highly recommend

I'll start by saying I've been wearing an Oura ring for about 5 years. I got the OG ring with the flat side. I had the Gen 3 previously and it worked well for me, I even got a replacement from Oura when the battery started to give out. After 2 years or so, I decided I wanted to upgrade to the Ring 4. I got the sizing kit since I hadn't worn a ring without the protruding sensors before. Originally I wore a 6 for the OG and it was a bit loose. For the Gen 3, it felt more snug. When trialing the Ring 4, I got a 6 again after wearing the sizing kit since Size 5 felt too tight for my pointer finger and OK on my middle finger. I previously could wear my Gen 3 on my ring and middle interchangeably and on either hand. My dilemma was I wanted the flexibility, but for this ring, 6 was too big and 5 was too snug. Ultimately after wearing both, I opted for the Size 5 and only wear on my middle finger. It was disappointing because I sometimes like I wear other rings and move my Oura ring to my pointer finger so it doesn't scratch, but I will just have to switch it up. For me, sizing down was best and I had to forgo flexibility because I was more worried about my ring sliding off. Otherwise, good build, I like how sleek it is, and though sizing is a pain I like the flat sensors, it doesn't leave marks or dig into my finger.

I debated long and hard on getting one of these including several weeks of trying the sizing rings on various fingers (definitely a good idea). I finally made the purchase during the July Best Buy anti-Prime Day sale. It was a great choice. I have been wearing various smartwatches from Samsung, Garmin and now a Pixel watch 3 which are handy but not great for wearing while sleeping or during things like Yoga. The Oura ring is perfect for all of that and more. I stopped noticing it almost immediately but appreciate how much info I can glean from the app from sleep info to activity tracking. It's more than enough for my needs and catches more since I wear it pretty much constantly. I still wear the watch but use it primarily as an adjunct to my phone with the ring handling the majority of the vitals tracking. My only suggestion is to invest in some of the silicon ring covers you can find on Amazon just in case you are doing something (e.g. home renovations) where you might damage the finish.

[Employee of bestbuy] Do not hesittate. This has been the best health related item I have purchased. It tracks so much and learns your body the more you wear it. I use it with my Apple Watch to get the most accurate readings and its lifechanging if you care about tracking sleep, body temp, exercise, heart rate, body readiness, and so much more! I have no regrets. Yes, there is a subscription but with what you get out of the ring, I do not even care about it. Well worth everything.
