I love my ring. The battery last extremely long and I can go days without having to charge it. I recommend sizing up.

Love the features available with Oura ring. I purchased a ring cover from Amazon to preserve the finish. Easy to use app and accurate readings. Way more features than my Samsung galaxy watch.

I love my ring! It has given me so much information! I would suggest if you're someone who swells at night size up if comfortable.

I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

It fits great, is comfortable to wear and looks very nice on. It gives me so much helpful health information that it overwhems me. Im still learning what it all means. May take a while. I love it!

Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

My Oura ring is great excellent sleep tracker and working well in my health journey

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

Best for sleep quality analysis, sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, and recovery insights. meaningful lifestyle changes after seeing how alcohol, stress, travel, or late meals affect recovery.

First smart device I have been able to sleep comfortably wearing every night. I run my everyday health according to my Oura. It’s so convenient to only charge it every 7 or 8 days. Give it a 10+

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.
