I love my oura ring, but it scratches easily, it’s hard to keep up with at first and it matters that you get the correct size. If you lose weight you’ll have to get a new one. I love the tracking but there’s a lot more to it than the $5.99 charge a month

Long battery life and good health tracking. Ring was able to detect temperature change in my body warning me ahead of time before I started feeling sick.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! It is so worth the money. It is comfotable and light and you barely notice it after wearing it for a while. The one thing I will say is that you have to pay for the subscription to Oura but it is so worth it. The data you will get will change your day-to-day living and choices. Would definitely repurchase.

First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.

It’s been great! It gives lots of details on different things, like sleep, exercise, menstrual cycle. It’s mainly been helpful on my runs.

I didn’t think this ring would provide as much insight as it does. But it’s amazing. Tracking sleep temperature other metrics all in one app. It’s a must buy

The ring fitting within the store was easy to navigate. My ring fits perfetly and the battery lasts a few days. To charge, it only takes about an hour. The OURA app is easy to navigate to get stats on your heartrate, stress, lseep patterns, excercise, and more. Highly recommend if you're interested in seeing more/ keeping track of your vitals. Note that the silver does scratch.

I had gotten myself an oura ring and when my husband saw mine he wanted one for himself so we went and got him one and he is absolutely obsessed! I use it for cycle tracking but my husband loves seeing his sleep patterns and calorie burn. We will definitely keep buying Oura rings as they continue to perfect they’re technology.

Nice intelligent device, it measures everything during the day, and also when my wife's sleeping, she love it so much, thinking on get one for me!!

Had for a month now and have been loving it, the app makes it so easy to see everything and even picked up when I was getting sick. The battery lasts for days have only charged it like 2 times and it charges quick!

Does all functions for tracking, battery life is good, BUT ring is thick and gets on way when lifting free weights.

Great product. Performs better than my smartwatch. Seems to be more accurate.
