I think it was a significant investment. It helps me be more mindful of my sleep and has detected gaps in where I need to take more breaks or naps.

I love my ring. Made very well. It does everything great. Tracks everything about your health, can even tell you when you're getting sick before you realize you are. I use it mainly for gym and sleep, but it does way more.

Overall, I love the ring’s ability to completely perform all the functions it has suggested and what had been programmed. It is accurate with data, reminders and gives great information and insights of what I could do to improve my day. However, the physical integrity is questionable. Within a year, the color starts to fade. I wish it would have stayed with its natural tone for longer. That’s my only regret. Otherwise, it is an absolute amazing companion to have for monitoring your progress.

I love this ring! I have some medical conditions that I deal with and it has done a great job helping me manage things, especially my sleeping and my stress. The battery life on this ring is awesome as well. It will last over a week.

Track especially what I want for my health, comfortable

Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

Very helpful tracking stress, sleep, and other health related things. I do think the silver started to scratch easier than I would have liked. I wear it on my middle finger, to me it is more comfortable than pointer finger.

My wife absolutley love this ring. Each keeps her up to date on her health and she is always telling me about what it tells her.

Overall, the ring gives me great insight into my health through the day and through the night. There are days where I feel like it is too much to keep wearing it (sometimes I need a break), but I think that is somewhat expected with any wearable device. I did observe a few scratches on the ring after only a few days. The dark satin finish makes it quite easy to see scratches.

Even better than expected. Helps monitor daily activity and health. Some information is not available until several days or weeks data has been collected. I found the sleep pattern, heart rate, and oxygen saturation very interesting. You can “tag” various activities during your day, and it shows you how each activity affects your body. Fit is very important. Get the sizing kit before purchasing the ring. The kit says to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours. I recommend at least 2 days. My fingers change size depending on temperature and activity.
