I gave the Oura Ring as a gift to my wife and she absolutely loves it. She finds it comfortable, stylish, and very easy to use. The sleep and wellness metrics help her a lot, and the app makes everything clear to understand. Overall, she’s really happy with the gift and wears it every day.

I have use this ring over 2 month ，This ring has become my daily companion. It helps me understand my body better and tracks most of my activities. I think I’ll keep using it. The app does have an annual fee.

This ring is much more than I expected, I already use a smartwatch, but this is much more than I imagined, it measures everything I need, it does evaluations, it's incredible, I really recommend it. besides being beautiful

I stopped wearing my Apple Watch and love my oura ring! It gives me everything I need in one spot. I am so much more focused now in my health and steps I can take to improve it. I really didn’t think it would make as big of an impact as it has I tell everyone and when I show them the charts they too are impressed, way to go oura I thought I was an apple junkie but you have me convinced you are the future!!!

I have a smart watch and smart glasses, but my favorite wearable is the Oura ring. Since it tracks recovery and readiness, it actually gives me more helpful information for my fitness, than anything. I use it as my wedding band.

Absolutely love my Oura Ring, gives me insight to my health and it pairs nicely with my Apple Watch Ultra. So much easier to wear to bed to track my sleep then a watch. I would definitely recommend this ring to anyone it’s stylish and appealing.

Before I pulled the plug on this ring, I bought cheaper versions of this ring. I won’t say any brand names, but I am very happy that I bought this one because it’s more intuitive and the app is more seamless even though I have to pay for it I don’t mind because when it comes to your health, nothing can compare to that so this is worth it and I would totally buy it again if I had to. Oh, and make sure that you pick the correct size for the ring. I would recommend getting the sizing chart or whatever it’s called but I guesstimated my ring size even though it was fine I probably should have gone down a size but regardless, I’m happy with it.

Obsessed with my Oura ring! I had an Apple Watch for years but I love how the ring fits in more with my everyday outfits. I’ve found it to be super accurate & insightful about my activity, sleep, vitals, stress levels, etc. It’s comfortable & the battery lasts days. I love love love it!

Very impressed with the ring so far. Has told me when my stress has increased, was spot on about my menstrual cycle, has given me a lot of insight on my sleeping habits.

Make sure to buy the sizing kit first, to make sure what you buy will fit properly. I've been wearing this ring and using the Oura app to monitor my health. Pretty accurate and easy to setup. If you connect to BT often, the ring will need to charge more frequently. Solid purchase!

Really insightful if you’re into health data! I also use Stelo to track my glucose and I love they are integrated together. Highly recommend wearing the sizing kit for 24-48 hours before purchasing!

Genuinely the best purchase I’ve ever made. My sleep has truly improved so much since getting my ring, something about seeing my previously poor sleeping habits really helped me kick it into gear. My only gripe is that I never get more than maybe 4 days of battery life since I’m a ring size 7 so I have a smaller battery. But it charges very fast so it’s not really a huge issue.
