Best.gift.ever. Battery lasts a long time. After four days it’s still at 50%. I’m tracking my sleep and trying to improve. Now that I have this ring, I understand my sleep patterns and have suggestions on how to improve. Looking forward to more health data in the future.

This ring has been very helpful. It alerted me when my heart rate was unusually high and fluctuating. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my primary care provider and began addressing the issue. Absolutely a beautiful finish. I think it is worth spending a little extra to get the gold finish on this. It looks like real gold and I get lots of compliments on it. As a woman, it compliments my other jewelry as my favorite is gold. The only con I’ve found is that it does scratch easily even when doing daily tasks

It’s especially good if you don’t need the distractions of notifications or a display, but instead want something more “set‑it‑and‑forget‑it” that gives you meaningful metrics.

I bought the Oura ring for my because she washed to track her sleep. She has had the ring for a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it. It tracks everything and monitors way more health markers than I could have imagined. I would definitely buy it again.

Took a bit to get used to but once it collected my data for a few weeks I find it to be very accurate and helpful. The app is pretty user friendly and provides good information on sleep and activity levels

I have both whoop and the ring. Inhave to say both have great functionailty snd seamless and i amnleaning towards the ring juse to to easily being able to take off a ring than wrist band andnthey have comparable numbers!

I thought it was silly to spend this much money on one of these but I really wanted to track my sleep and temperature and knew this would be a little more accurate than a smart watch. What’s nice about this is I also have a Garmin watch so whenever one is charging I have the other for a back up.

This is a great product that helps me monitor my health, sleep, and much more. The best part is that Best Buy had the right size available in the color I wanted.
