I have a smart watch that does all the things this ring does. I think it is rude when people are constantly looking at their watch because they received an email or text. I was turning into one of those people so I thought I would give this a try. Would I buy it again.. no probably not! It is expensive. There are perks- I am obsessed with getting my sleep scores up. The Oura ring was so helpful a few weeks ago when I was sick. It took my temp and I didn't have to do anything! Very validating when you don't feel well and it says, take care of yourself, rest today your body is under stress. The loss of a star is due to the disappointment in the timeline. You take a picture of your food and the app rates the nutritional values. What it doesn't do is give you a caloric intake and output. It tracks you exercise and steps and gives you calories burned. I don't understand why it can't combine the two. Especially if a person is dieting. I guess I would recommend this ring, as long as the person buying it understands it's limitations.

[Employee of bestbuy] The brushed titanium one is so fun and flashy, lots of compliments for it. I love how the new model is true to size. Dislike the $6 monthly fee for a ring thats already pretty expensive.

It’s great! I wanted it to track my sleep mostly and it’s been very accurate. However, it is easy to scratch if you gym but we bought silicone covers off Amazon and it works fine.

I am a teacher and I love my ours ring. The only qualm I have is that I wish it had a better tracking function.

Love the Ourea ring. It does almost everything. The Apple Watch does, but fits on my finger. Could even tell when I was getting a cold.

So far so good. I wish there was more capability in syncing with other health apps but am impressed at the amount and level of information that the ring provides.

Great fit, looks sharp in gold, and feels well made without being bulky. Setup was easy, it’s comfortable to wear daily, and it’s been reliable so far.

Comfortable enough and syncs well with apple watch activities. Love that it calculates BMR and total calories burned. Paying for a monthly subscription is frustrating considering how expensive the device itself is & how limited/poor the included warranty. I’ve had it three weeks and it seems to be holding up well to a lot of handwashing and sanitizers. Please try the sizing kit first…you do have to wear it snugger than you would think to get consistent data!

Super happy with my purchase. I bought it during the Black Friday sale, which helped me save a couple of bucks. Sometimes it's good to treat yourself to things, and I'm so glad I bought this gift from me, to me :)
