I have use this ring over 2 month ，This ring has become my daily companion. It helps me understand my body better and tracks most of my activities. I think I’ll keep using it. The app does have an annual fee.

Love this ring. It updates every morning with my sleep from the previous night, alerts me if i am stressed for a long period, and will detect activities all on its own!

Tracking and everything is excellent only one thing that i dissapointed is by using it daily i can clearly see the scrathes and lines on the ring that the only thing i dissapointed I’m using ring 4 stealth black

Best smart ring ever! The guy at the store was super helpful and made sure I found the right size before I bought it! Checkout was speedy too!

Before I pulled the plug on this ring, I bought cheaper versions of this ring. I won’t say any brand names, but I am very happy that I bought this one because it’s more intuitive and the app is more seamless even though I have to pay for it I don’t mind because when it comes to your health, nothing can compare to that so this is worth it and I would totally buy it again if I had to. Oh, and make sure that you pick the correct size for the ring. I would recommend getting the sizing chart or whatever it’s called but I guesstimated my ring size even though it was fine I probably should have gone down a size but regardless, I’m happy with it.

This item was purchased as a gift for my niece. She was/is extremely grateful. When she retrieved her gift she stated I can t wait to unlock everything about myself. What better way to keep track of my heart rate steps sleep and health

Very impressed with the ring so far. Has told me when my stress has increased, was spot on about my menstrual cycle, has given me a lot of insight on my sleeping habits.

Love that the ring is automatic. Definitely suggest getting the plastic rings to know your right size. Only gotta charge it once a week and I love that I don’t have to do anything extra and it gives me great insight to what’s going on in my body.
