Amazing ring! 10/10 recommend!! It goes into pools, tracks my sleep as well!

I love my Oura ring. It’s comfortable and doesn’t get in the way. I’m a server so mine has a few minor scratches now but it’s holding up great!!!

Best money I have spent in a long time! I am working on getting healthy so this seemed like the next logical step. Fitbits & Garmin trackers never seemed to give me the info I really needed. Add to it the Advisor; provides volumes of suggestions and helps you mold your lifestyle to meet your health goals. My body is definitely getting healthier due to the information this little ring provides. Buy one for yourself; you won't be sorry!

This is my favorite feature! It doesn’t just tell you how long you slept, but how well you recovered. I now go to bed earlier just to earn a higher sleep score

My first month with the oura ring has been good thus far. An important thing to note is that they do not advertise that in order to access your ring’s data you will have to sign up with their monthly subscription. The data tracking insights are impressive and overall for me personally I think the investment is worth it for the stress and sleep tracking capabilities.

Love this ring! Wanted it for a while and finally got it and it hasn’t disappointed yet. It’s still in the learning phase but has been interesting from what I’ve seen so far. Stays charged for days which is very nice for a busy person.

So far it has been good, pretty accurate. Just know that for the best use out of it you have to sing up to the subscription

I like the look of the ring, but struggle with the size. I did wear the sizing kit ring for 24 hours as instructed and ordered the proper size, but I find that my finger changes drastically during the day, and especially at night, so that at times my ring is too tight or too loose. I am still learning to decipher the information from my ring on the app, but it seems quite detailed.

Love the new GEN4 Oura ring. I like the information that’s being tracked such as my sleep. I create goals for myself to do better with my health. Knowing is power. The ring keeps me healthy and happy.

Genuinely the best purchase I’ve ever made. My sleep has truly improved so much since getting my ring, something about seeing my previously poor sleeping habits really helped me kick it into gear. My only gripe is that I never get more than maybe 4 days of battery life since I’m a ring size 7 so I have a smaller battery. But it charges very fast so it’s not really a huge issue.

I’m finding my Oura ring helpful in improving my sleep. I’m at the age where I really need to get enough and the right type of sleep. I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.
