The Auro. is a five star I wish it did monitor blood pressure

Not comfortable at all and I hate having to subscribe to a service to use something I already own. Not cool. Got with Ultrahuman Pro instead.

I did some research and decided to get myself an Oura ring 4 for Christmas. At first I loved it. But about a month and a half afterwards it stopped syncing with the app daily. At that point it was unreturnable to Best Buy. So I contacted Oura. They admitted it was a defect and was under warranty. So they sent a replacement. I got a notice from UPS that the package was opened and product was missing and they then discarded the package. Honest to GOD! I can show anyone that message. I reported this back to Oura customer service and they told me they would investigate and get back to me. After MANY repeated attempts to get any response from Oura they have basically ghosted me.... Mu initial feeling was they had great customer service but my opinion has changed. I even showed them the message from UPS. I would think since THEY shipped it - they would have access to the same info... My next avenue is to try and contest things with the credit card company as Oura is a huge letdown.

Super awesome product! I'm so happy I got it. I love all the tracking it gives me.

I really like the concept, however when I had the ring, I misplaced it several times and wasted time trying to find it. If my phone could hone into it like my phone to my AirTag… or if the ring would do a beep, that might help. I started getting anxiety over losing it, I found myself being occupied by the thought too much, I had return it.

Overall decent device, accuracy of specific events(steps) seems questionable.

I really like the features the item has to show about my health.

Loving it so far. What I dont love is how fast it gets scratched.

Just bought the new Oura ring and excited to experience all it has to offer.

I was unable to use this product as I was unable to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth. I tried NUMEROUS times and even exchanged it for a new ring, Best Buy staff assisted but gave up & there was no customer service line to call. I don’t understand how they can charge this much for a ring and they can’t even provide basic setup assistance. A great DISAPPOINTMENT

Worked great for 10 months then stopped communicating with my Apple Watch. Fully charged and multiple times just stopped integration. Talked with Oura customer service and they ran me around the block doing the same "fixes" multiple times at escalated levels. Did nothing to help so stopped my subscription and got a Whoop to try. Lousy service for expensive device with no effort to replace it.

This ring has kept me on track and gives me advice to do better and better my health

Love it but don't like the limited 2-3 day battery charge needed.

Within 10 months of owning this Oura ring, the battery charge dropped significantly. In the beginning, the ring would stay charged for 5-7 days. Now, it stays charged for less than 48 hours. I have now spoken with 4 Best Buy customer service representatives and no one has been able to help me resolve this issue with a clearly defective device.
