So far I like it a lot. I've had sleep issues and this has been very good at keeping a sleep record for me. Including heart monitoring. My pulse drops low when You sleep, but not too low thank God.

It’s strange you can hear from a lot of close people, that you need to slow down, even your own body tries, but you just go because that’s life. Then all of the sudden the ring has read your levels and the really good app (you have to pay for the app) tells you to slow down and all of the sudden you listen. I wanted a device that gathers a lot of information and suggests things for change. I bought exactly what I wanted and more.

Oura ring has nice and sleek. The Fit is great, and the update on the health metrics it tracks are spot on

Absolutely love! I loved my Apple Watch for all the tracking of my health and fitness but never loved the bulk of it on my wrist. The ring is just so simple and easy and does all the same tracking but more in depth.

The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

I’ve really enjoyed using the Oura Ring as part of my daily routine. The battery life is impressive, so I don’t have to worry about charging it constantly, which makes it easy to wear all the time.

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser

I love my ring. The battery last extremely long and I can go days without having to charge it. I recommend sizing up.

I have had my Oura Ring for about two months now and I really enjoy all of the features. I was nervous that the ring would be too bulky, but I adjusted to it very quickly. Of all the features, I think the sleep and stress tracking are the most valuable for me.

I was hesitant to buy, due to price and monthly subscription fee. I’m happy I made the decision to purchase. The ring is very comfortable, and I received a $10 coupon when buying the $10 sizing kit, essentially making the sizing kit free! I am not only able to track my sleep but my activity throughout the day and my periods, which I love. It also lets me know when I’m ovulating or when my body temperature may be higher than normal. Also lets me know when something is straining my body or when I’m overly stressed! Cannot rave about this ring enough. Do it!! You won’t regret it!!

I love my ring! It has given me so much information! I would suggest if you're someone who swells at night size up if comfortable.

IS GOOD BUT THE MATERIALS FEELS A LITTLE CHEAP, THE CONFORT IS ACEPTABLE, BUT GET SCRATCHES EASY

Great product. Would definitely recommend it for anyone that wants to keep track of their daily activities, including their sleep, eithout having to wear a big watch on their wrist. Very comfortable snd charges quickly
