this has been a game changer; I don't like wearing things on my wrist at night. so this has been a great addition for all day and night wear. this has helped me be more aware of when I should be going to bed at night. I like that recently have been a little under the weather and there are tags you can add to let the ring know why you're not feeling well. I really like the combination of wearing the ring and a smartwatch during the day. this is slim enough that I don't really know I'm wearing it; would buy again

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.

I was a bit worried about another subscription, but the insights on the app are worth paying for, if what you’re looking for is the ability to understand your body more. A bit annoying to work out with if you tend to grip weights hard. Might have to size up if your hands tend to swell throughout the day.

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.

Very happy with the whole process. Was able to size the ring appropriately for me in the store, and since then I've loved having this insight into my health, especially sleep quality and when my body is fighting some bug. I think the device and app provides a lot more features for women then men, such as cycle tracking, but overall happy.

Love this, been using previous gen for a while now. Battery lasts about 6 days for me, the stats are spot on. This one runs true to size since it doesnt have the little nubs on the inside.

Love it, light easy to use and has a great app. However they do scratch easily, so be forewarned

Great experience with my Oura ring! The app is worth the cost and the ring works great. My only complaint is that it scratches easily.

Good ring and seems pretty accurate. I put a cover over it and it does make it bigger but keeps it protected. Battery last about 5 days and charges in under two hours. I would recommend this product.

Honestly changed the way I sleep in the best way possible since I use it to find the best sleeping conditions for myself. Just avoid using for weight training the ring really adds unnecessary grip tension
