I especially love the sleep and recovery data. It’s much more comfortable to sleep in than my watch.

Wanted to love this ring but ended up returning after 3 weeks. It does not accurately catch exercise and thought I was sleeping when I was not. It was comfortable but possibly too loose, maybe would be more accurate if tight, but I would only take the gamble if you are okay with having to return. It is easy to setup and charges quickly, nice look, just wish it was more accurate.

I've been very pleased with the metrics the Oura Ring has given me. I was afraid I wouldn't like it because of the size, but I hardly even notice it. It's wonderful.

This was one of my best purchases to start reviewing my health. Battery life is great, around a week, and reports with trends are great. Some reports take time to understand and I wish there were more actionable steps to take when looking at reports but over all awesome product. Cons Watch will scratch on other metal surfaces so be careful.

Bought for my husband for Christmas, he’s not super into smart technology but he loves this! Made me want to get one for myself as well!

LOVE my ring!! The only thing that I’d do differently is get a cover for it because it does scratch easy.

This has been a lifechanger! I used to get up each morning thinking I'd had a "bad" night sleep. I am happily surprised each morning when I learn that I have great sleep! I also love the messages I get regarding activity and stress. Great reminders to slow down and breathe! I love the ring.

Even better than expected. Helps monitor daily activity and health. Some information is not available until several days or weeks data has been collected. I found the sleep pattern, heart rate, and oxygen saturation very interesting. You can “tag” various activities during your day, and it shows you how each activity affects your body. Fit is very important. Get the sizing kit before purchasing the ring. The kit says to wear the sizing ring for 24 hours. I recommend at least 2 days. My fingers change size depending on temperature and activity.

I’ve been wanted to buy the Oura ring for several years and recently I just decided to purchase it instead of getting other people viewpoints on the product. EVERYONE mentioned they loved it and I can now say that I LOVE IT as well:) If anyone is hesistant, just byt it and you will see! 10/10 recommend

Im in love with my oura ring. Hands down much better than an apple watch. I love tracking my sleep, and my active calories that im burning through the day. I mainly use this for sleep and tracking my periods, It lets me know exactly the date that i will be expecting it. Lots of people say that its bulky but it just another staple ring i wear everyday!
