Very accurate on tracking my movement, sleep, and basically whatever else is going on! Step up from an Apple Watch!

I really like how it tracks my stress and sleep. I have trouble sleeping and wake up many times throughout the night & now I am able to see it on my app.

This ring helps me to manage my health issues, and has made it easier to make simple lifestyle changes with far-reaching benefits. It is more comfortable than a smart watch and, IMO, better looking. Very happy to have my Oura. Highly recommend!

I bought this ring for health reasons and ovulation tracking, and it has done a great job of providing accurate information.

I bought this for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He was using his phone before to calculate his steps but boy was he shocked by how many more steps he actually did when wearing this ring and leaving phone behind/charging/etc. It also tells him when to rest and his sleep - he just loves it. So happy as he is a hard person to buy for.

Very good for a minimalist option to track your health and wellness. Great battery life, just charge weekly and no need to remember when to charge.

This product is great. I can keep up with my life right on my finger. It is amazing the info that the ring collects about your body and health. You can know if you are doing great or need to adjust something in your daily schedule,

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

Great just should have bought the sizing kit first

I was hesitant to make such a big purchase for the Oura Ring but ever since I did I have loved every minute of it. I wear it constantly and I love getting to check out all the different scores from the day before and learning how to improve my overall health based off these scores. If you’re hesitant to purchase one, I say go all in you won’t regret it!

I love this ring. I love data in general, so this is the ultimate expression of that for your body. Now, to get the full benefits, you have to pay the yearly subscription, but my HSA covered it, and I have definitely spent $70 (per year) on dumber things. The battery life seems good, and so far (I've had it a month) it's very durable. It's made me more aware of what is happening with my body, and I love that.

This ring is fantastic. It provides a comprehensive range of health data, including heart rate trends, sleep quality, and activity tracking, all with impressive accuracy. My wife bought this to help track different health measures, and she absolutely loves it. It fits well, charges fast, and gives her all the information she needs (and then some)!
