I’m very pleased with the daily information it provides, which is much more than my iPhone does.     love my oura ring! it has replaced my Apple Watch. definitely buy protectors off of amazon to prevent scratching. easily scratched but that doesn't bother me

    This ring is awesome in my opinion and very comfortable to where given its thickness. I ferl this ring is far more comprehensive than the other rings out there. The only thing I didn't like was the subscription to get the full feature set. The annual fee isn't bad, its just that there are several other options that don't charge subscriptions.

    I bought it for my husband that wanted to keep track of his health a little better. He loves it. It charges super fast, it notifies him when it’s completely charged. He can see his sleep patterns, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Is helping a lot managing his life style and seeing where he needs some improvement or changes.
