    Very helpful tracking stress, sleep, and other health related things. I do think the silver started to scratch easier than I would have liked. I wear it on my middle finger, to me it is more comfortable than pointer finger.

The only downside is that if you lose it, there’s no ringer or tracking feature to help you find its exact location.     Readings are accurate as far as i can tell. More insight into overall health than Apple watch 11. One drawback is ive yet to get 8 days of charging from it. The most iver received was roughly 3.5 days. App is good and easy to understand

    I love using this for cycle tracking! I dont know how accurate the step count is but it seems pretty close to my apple watch. I also use it to record workouts so i can see my HR zones but i still use my apple watch as well. Definitely get the ring sizer to know which size to get if ordring online!
