The Oura Ring Gen 4 is truly a remarkable feat of engineering. It looks like a normal ring, no one has been able to tell that I’m wearing a smart ring. But anybody could make one with crummy sensors inside, a bad app, a bad finish, etc. Oura is different though. The accuracy is incredible, I’m finding little difference between actual medical measuring devices and the ring's data. If you are wanting to be more in touch with your body and health, this is the device to get. The app is thorough and extensive. In fact, I’m still finding data points it tracks and reading about what each means. The explanations of measurements and how to adjust your life accordingly are very helpful and in-depth. If you don’t know how certain measurements work, you will learn through this app. The fact that some of the more complicated measurements can take up to a month or two to establish a baseline feels trustworthy. They aren’t going to start giving you bunk data without establishing a trustworthy baseline. I think what held me back from previous Oura rings was that they highly suggested you wear it on your pointer finger. This time around with the Gen 4, you can put it on any finger! So I used it to replace my wedding ring and it’s like nothing every changed. Other than taking it off for a couple hours once a week to charge it. But it charges so fast and lasts so long that it really is a non-invasive piece of tech in your life. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this ring. My quibbles are small and few. My fingers have boney knuckles which usually requires a slightly larger ring, usually a half size, but unfortunately there are no half sizes. The ring is a little snug, but that is ideal for best measurement. Android also says that the app is a resource hog, but I haven’t noticed a big battery difference. I think the biggest problem is having to pay a subscription, but this is a high end device so I guess that should be expected. I highly recommend getting one, and when you do, make sure to use the sizing kit first to make sure you order the right size! I love the ring, would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that based on packaging and product info on display it did not appear that a charger came with ring, so at same time as buying ring I bought the charger. Only to get home (1.5 hours away from store) excitedly open ring and find charger inside. So now I have the charger purchased separately sitting in box, unopened, on my counter.

It’s compact and a convenient way to monitor and improve your overall health. Care has to be taken to avoid scratching to finish. Do not like the subscription required for what it does.

This ring has exceeded my expectations. There is so much valuable health information. I really like the combination of direct measurements and the combination of factors that help me to understand my health picture.

This concept is groundbreaking and helpful for people with and without chronic diseases. It can help you see when your body is under increased stress or chronically under stress so you can make modifications to your lifestyle. My only complaint is how easily the ring scratches.

I love Oura - this is my 3rd- Each generation adds new and amazing features to allow you to review and understand health metrics. I believe that this hugely contributes to my overall health. Comes in different shades and materials. Can be a bit problematic with no half sizes, so may need to use different finger. Check your sizing first. A wonderful gift for you or a loved one.

Love the ring and all the tracking capabilities. The app is very user friendly and quick to set up. I have tried an Apple Watch and WHOOP but oura is better than both of those by far in my opinion.

What a great product! Perfect for the gym to track workouts when you don’t want a bulky smart watch on your wrist! Also super convenient to track your sleep and how to improve it! Even better that this product is HDA eligible! Would buy again!

This device has allowed me to slow down and prioritize my health!

I love my ring and wear it all the time. It lets me know when I am stressed out and need to relax. Good at monitoring sleep. I just wish that it would let me know the time that I wake in my sleep cycle not approximately.

Absolutely love this product. Got it to connect with Natural Cycles and to help track my sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn more about your body and to keep track of your cycles hormone free. Only have to charge about every 2-3 days.

I truly loved it — it has helped me so much to sleep well, and now with the new updates, the option to take a photo of your meals to track macros… wow, it’s a game-changer!

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.
