    I love my oura ring. The battery life is amazing (way better than having to charge my apple watch daily). I love all the health insights it gives me. I will never go back to anything else

    For the Mrs...Great to track data for health, fitness, etc. Just wish sizing included half sizes for the in-betweens. If it's the right fit, you will hardly notice it's there.

    The Oura ring has helped me to have a better sleep schedule, and be more mifndful of my proirities with respect to getting a good night sleep. I definitely recommend to people who want to track their sleep. But Keep in mind that the ring is by no means a good sports tracker.

    No issues. Does exactly what it says it tracks using the app. I wash my hands with it on with no issues and doesn’t cause any rashes. I have the silver, shows mild wear but only if you look close. Happy with my purchase overall
