Got this replace the OURA 3 version I ahd. Like the stats that it provides me. Battery life is good as well. So far for me it works well.

The information the this ring provides is great, the feels is very comfortable, and the look is awesome.

Wife loves her Oura. It is a good hassle free sleep tracker - although we think it indicates more "awake" time than actually occurs during sleep. Make sure you send a lot of time with ring sizing kit before you decide on a size.

Love it so far, the data is great although the sizing is tough ! I have small fingers at the base compared to the knuckle. With the sizer a 6 seemed like it would be great but the actual is a little too loose to the point I’m nervous about it slipping off, especially now in winter but its comfortable to wear at night. The 5 sizer made me nervous wearing at night with it being a little too tight. Still thinking I’ll have to return and get the smaller size. The actual ring material is a bit slippier on your finger than the plastic sizer so that’s something to keep in mind. Even the Oura faq says it should come off with soap and water, like it should be that sung.

Love the battery life and the tracking! Hate the ring is made of plastic! That is really a bummer! I would pay more for a metal ring even stainless steel, or real silver! Would have given this 2 star but I really love the tech!

Love my Oura Ring! Used the fit guide to make sure I ordered the right size. The Oura app is an additional cost, but I think it’s worth it. I love the insights, especially on my sleep and stress. Downside, it’s not the best at picking up activity so I do still wear my Apple Watch for workouts. But it’s on point for everything else, especially if you can’t sleep in your watch like me.

If you’re a data nerd like me, you should absolutely grab this for sleep tracking, I love how sleek and small this is vs an Apple Watch. Holds a charge for days! This is my second ring as I upgraded from the 3. Worth every penny!

Loving it so far!!! I've had this ring for a few weeks now and have worn it consistently to be able to provide an accurate review. I've also compared it with the information from my apple watch and it seems pretty consistent with the data from that. Love being able to see my sleep data and stress levels throughout the day to make necessary life changes where needed. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing an Oura ring!

Great for sleep and activity tracking. It also connects to my glucose monitor and integrates with that data. Best thing, a lot less bulky and uncomfortable to wear compared to the Apple Watch.
