The Oura Ring has been great so far. I am so appreciative that I was able to buy the sizing kit and then move forward and purchase the ring through Best Buy. Thank you for everything and providing the ring to me in a great time frame after purchasing it. Thank you again!

I was excited to get this ring for Christmas. I went to hockey with it on (Oura site specifically says it’s ok for hockey and it is listed in their app). 20 minutes into skate, I feel a looseness in my glove and the ring was in 4 pieces. Inner ring, outer ring and two seals. Unbelievable. Looked around online and found MANY reviews and instances where this has occurred, even while doing something like washing their hands. Mine is returned. App deleted. Junk. DO NOT BUY GEN 4!

I love my Oura ring all the way up until the battery life started to go from five days to only half a day. I’ve only had it for about a year. Although Oura ring is going to replace it.

My ring told me my body was sick, two days before I actually got sick!

I loved the ring but it scratches SO easily, recommend the ceramic version if you are looking into these rings

I purchased this as a gift. The ring size was incorrect so I returned to the store to exchange the ring for the correct size. I was told they were out of stock, the employee state all stores in my area were out of stock as well. The best they could do was reorder the ring. Unfortunately, the purchase price was not able to be honored ( despite only buying it a few weeks earlier). The new price was over 105.00 more. We went ahead and reordered the ring and then headed over to the isle where we spotted Many of the same exact rings. I chatted with another employee who had just grabbed one and he said no one reached out to him. I headed back to the long line, waited my turn and then spoke to the same exact employee regarding the many rings on the shelf. He called for assistance and lol the assistant said “oh I see your online order is ready for pick up”! I left with the ring but felt completely ripped off. On the other hand, the ring is loved by its recipient. Do better Best Buy!

Love it! I definitely use it for the sleep component the most but enjoy the other features and am still trying to learn more about it.

Overall I don't regret this purchase. It has really helped me learn about my sleep patterns and made me more mindful of some other aspects of my health. I hate that three days after purchasing it, it is already scratched up and I'm an accountant who sits at a desk all day. I can't imagine what this would look like for someone with an active lifestyle.
