i’ve had the oura ring for a few months now and the battery life is great. also the information i get for tracking sleep is very helpful.

Love my oura ring! The battery lasts so long but after a year or so it does need to be charged more often. Love how it tracks my sleep amongst other things always look forward to checking it in the morning.

I genuinely recommend it to anyone who is looking to take control of their health & recovery. I’ve gained so much insight on my sleep quality, daily readiness, workouts, & even my menstrual cycle. It’s very lightweight & cute. I got the gold one & it can scratch during certain activities so i would just be careful but other than that, definitely recommend!
