    Better than I expected! You select a focus personalized to you so you are getting information tailored to your goals. The reminders are subtle and targeted. The battery life really lasts 1 week! The only downside is the small scratches on the bottom of the ring but they cannot be seen unless you are looking.

    Once you get past the bulky feeling, the Oura Ring 4 really feels like a constant health advisor that's available at quick glance.     This is actually an amazing product it has help me to control my health much better, the way it can Improved blood‑oxygen detection help me to have a better handling of respiration anomalies or breathing during sleep this are usually things I don’t check but after using the ring it haves actually help me a lot more. It’s very resistant coming from someone who wash their hands every minute and use a lot hand sanitizer it has not change the way of using my ring.
