LOVE my Oura Ring. It works great and the charge will usually last around 7 days. I love being able to track my sleep and my cycle.

Lots of good and actionable data. Easy to use app with applications. Pretty comfortable. Fast charging. The light can be annoying at night.

Everything I hoped for. All the health data, without the bulky watch that needs charged daily. It is also comfortable to wear and looks nice.

love this so far! It is great seeing my sleep and activity on it, without have to wear a bulky watch. The charge lasts me about 3 to 4 days. If you aren't used to wearing a ring it does take a few days to get used to but other than that, perfect.

To be honest with this review, I must say that this ring is much better than the Apple Watch in terms of performance and data. Pros: Sleep analysis Heart rate check Stress monitor (what the Apple Watch lacks) Checks on steps and calorie burn Pretty much everything the Apple Watch or Android based watch or smart watch does. Except this is more discrete and sleek. I wear this every night to monitor my sleep. I would recommend, highly recommend to buy a silicone ring protector for anyone using this ring. For the price, I protect my ring from scratches and dings. There’s really no cons. A lot of people complain of the subscription price. People complain of $5 and that’s nothing. Imagine big companies charging $15 for more content. This ring is for those who want to monitor their health and fitness levels.

Battery life last forever and is very comfortable.

I was really wanting to get an Oura ring because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I have heard that it gives you really good insight. So far I have been using it for about a month and a half and I couldn't be happier. I love that it tells me about my sleep, my heart rate, my cycle, lets me know if something is straining my body, etc. The one thing I don't like is the "stress" insight. I don't feel that it is accurate at all and seeing that I am "stressed" when I am not actually ends up making me stressed LOL. Other than that I am so please with it :)

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it. It has been great for tracking her sleep score, and he step counter. The only con is that you might want to sign up for the subscription to take full advantage of the ring's potential. Go in-store to get an accurate size because it is not the same exact fit as a traditional ring or band.

Although it does scratch fairly easily, I love my Oura ring. Accurate cycle tracking and signs of illness help me slow down and rest when needed.

Love this ring , my husband used it as his wedding ring . You wouldn’t be able to tell it’s a smart ring ! My husband has sleep apnea and uses it to track his sleep and it works amazingly. Highly recommend

I am amazed at what this ring does for me. I wised it would somehow alert things of concern. This is able to pick up changes in my HR and because of that I had a conversation with oh my doctor. Only thing is it does have tiny scratches. Must be careful

Great ring, Apon opening it nake sure not to place the ring on the charger incorrectly because it will get stuck. Also keep in mind that fingers do swell from time to time so try not to get a ring that is too snug to begin with if you dont plan on using the sizing kit to find the ideal size. This ring does a great job of tracking my sleep habits. Do be aware that it will get scratched if you dont put a protective band on it right away.
