Perfect! :) I love my oura ring. Oura is very accurate and can detect all the changes that I also feel in my body, but did not know how to react to them before. I love the data that I get about my sleeping and overall readiness. I love how accurate it is to predict my periods, when I should take it more easy and when I can give it a go. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to take good care about their health.

This ring helps me to manage my health issues, and has made it easier to make simple lifestyle changes with far-reaching benefits. It is more comfortable than a smart watch and, IMO, better looking. Very happy to have my Oura. Highly recommend!

Great battery life and light weight, highly recommend

This my third Oura Ring and always satisfied. It does what it says. Love it. This one is my Wife’s.

My wife wanted one of these because she doesn't always remember to wear her smart watch. I was hesitant at first, but after getting it, I can say it does and tracks so much more then the watch does. From sleep patterns to heart rate, this was well worth it and she loves it. One thing to note is that it does have a yearly subscription for all the features so something to keep in mind before purchase.

This product is great. I can keep up with my life right on my finger. It is amazing the info that the ring collects about your body and health. You can know if you are doing great or need to adjust something in your daily schedule,

I love this product! I was scared it was going to be too big but I would definitely size up compared to your normal ring size!

My oura ring is awesome. I didn’t get the ceramic because the colors don’t really “match” an everyday outfit for me. I’m a gold-lover. However, after watching countless reviews, the gold and rose gold fade poorly. I opted for silver, which is also beautiful. Unfortuntately, the metal is soft and scratches easily. Otherwise, I’ve had no real issues. Got it with the $150 off sale, which you can’t really beat. Overall, I’d have to say that all tech can suffer wear-and-tear. A few scratches and $6 a month (really, guys, it’s only $6. Imagine buying a tv and complaining that you have to pay for cable/subscribtion services. This is how things work.) are worth what it does for you. I’m happy with my purchase.

Our daughters both loved their rings and couldn’t wait to get them out of the package to start using them.

Best thing ever I lost my old one and went back for a new one but this thing is definitely a game changer

The ring fitting within the store was easy to navigate. My ring fits perfetly and the battery lasts a few days. To charge, it only takes about an hour. The OURA app is easy to navigate to get stats on your heartrate, stress, lseep patterns, excercise, and more. Highly recommend if you're interested in seeing more/ keeping track of your vitals. Note that the silver does scratch.

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and has helped me make real changes to my routine. I also like how it tracks activity and recovery without being bulky or distracting like a watch. The app is easy to use and very insightful. Definitely worth the investment if you're serious about health tracking!

So far, so good. The ring is still collecting information to understand my activity & provide more comprehensive reporting. The data so far seems accurate. Noticeable exception is that it seems to record 1/2 as many steps per day compared to my Fitbit 6.

This ring is fantastic. It provides a comprehensive range of health data, including heart rate trends, sleep quality, and activity tracking, all with impressive accuracy.
