    I absolutely love it! It tracks everything and I mean everything, they are constantly testing and coming out with new feature they can be tracked along side with other devices like now a glucose monitor! I hate that so many people don’t like it because of the membership you do have to pay for but, if you are really trying to get into monitoring you body and focusing on your health it is definitely worth the money over all! I’ve only had it for 2 months but the amount of data that is has already tracked is amazing!

    Love my Oura ring. Battery life is fantastic, and it charges quickly. I forget it’s even on my finger, it’s not bothersome like some other options for health tracking I have tried. The monthly fee is minimal and well worth it.

    My wife loves this ring. She has an Apple Watch, but prefers to wear this as it’s a lot easier to wear and has all the great functions. The charge lasts a very long time and the design is appreciated.

    The Oura ring gives me great insight into my sleep and daily stress. It also tracks my activity, and I am able to log my meals. It is great for getting a better understanding of your overall health. I don't like that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to use the ring, that is the only downside

    Love this, been using previous gen for a while now. Battery lasts about 6 days for me, the stats are spot on. This one runs true to size since it doesnt have the little nubs on the inside.

It has helped me to monitor my overall health, heart and exercise! I have also had the best experience with our Best Buy salesperson who also said I would be happy and he was correct!
