    This ring has been very helpful. It alerted me when my heart rate was unusually high and fluctuating. As soon as I noticed, I contacted my primary care provider and began addressing the issue.     This ring is a game changer and life changer. I got it for my 54th birthday. It made me aware that I might have sleep apnea, by showing me that I was having disturbances in my air while I slept. This information lead me to have a sleep study which did indeed say I had sleep apnea. It’s also making me aware of how important my sleep and my heart rate is. Having sleep apnea explains why I’ve had high heart rates at night.. my body was in distress from lack of air. I want to have a great cognitive future and having air while sleeping and getting the right amount of sleep is a great start.

    I've owned this for a little over a month now. Fantastic tracking overall. I've not noticed any inconsistencies with it yet. However, you MUST take it off if you work with electric impact wrenches or you may damage the sensors. Other than that, great product!
