My only complaint is the scratching that occurs with a few months. I routinely take my ring off when I’m showering, washibg dishes, even lifting things I’m worried will scratch it and it still has scratches. It has also already tarnished/changed color so that kind of stinks. BUT I love all the things it can do. It’s so amazing all the metrics I can see.

The health insights are OK. I’m hoping that with more time, there's more to learn from the details the Oura Ring collects, but for now, it’s doing a good job of identifying my sleep patterns and counting my daily steps.

I love my new Oura ring. My daughter got one and then showed me everything it does and I ran right out to get one. Really helpful with sleep.

Love this ring. It is very helpful in tracking my bodies biometrics and love that it syncs with other apps and products I have.

Accurate, Sleek, and Convenient. However, for the price and knowing that it’s going to be worn on a hand, you would think it wouldn’t scratch so easily.

Before I pulled the plug on this ring, I bought cheaper versions of this ring. I won’t say any brand names, but I am very happy that I bought this one because it’s more intuitive and the app is more seamless even though I have to pay for it I don’t mind because when it comes to your health, nothing can compare to that so this is worth it and I would totally buy it again if I had to. Oh, and make sure that you pick the correct size for the ring. I would recommend getting the sizing chart or whatever it’s called but I guesstimated my ring size even though it was fine I probably should have gone down a size but regardless, I’m happy with it.

I have loved being able to see my stats each day. It has helped me learn so much about my health and my sleep! It has truly helped me improve my health.

Love that the ring is automatic. Definitely suggest getting the plastic rings to know your right size. Only gotta charge it once a week and I love that I don’t have to do anything extra and it gives me great insight to what’s going on in my body.

I didn’t expect to love my Oura Ring this much… but here we are. In just two weeks, it’s helped me understand my stress levels, improve my sleep, and be more intentional with my balance. Safe to say this ring is coming with me everywhere for the rest of my life. Hands down one of my best purchases ever!!

I love my oura ring is one of my best purchase I did. Just enjoying so much don’t sleep with my Apple Watch anymore. The battery is amaizing almost 3 days. Also I get the covers and I can use so many colors
