    Some people enjoy these rings, but wearing one 24/7 just isn’t for me. I purchased this ring to see if I could track my oxygen levels throughout the day. This ring only tracks at night when you are sleeping. I have sensitive skin as well, and my skin didn’t react well after wearing it 24/7

    After having the ring for 5 months now it is faded on the bottom. I messaged Oura about replacing the ring but they said that is normal wear and tear for the ring. So if you workout and lift weights don’t wear it. Other then the worn out look it works perfect for all the health monitoring.

    I love the functions of the ring. It gives great insight on your health. I’ve had it for 4 weeks and have to replace it because of the battery life. It won’t keep a charge
