    It scratches very easily. The ring itself is bulky. The material used on the inside of the ring can be irritating. It frequently causes a rash.

    My experience in the store was FANTASTIC. The Store Manager, Ken, did me a solid and took care of me with a price match on an Oura ring which I was super thankful for. He got it ordered for me and delivered quickly. Super happy to have purchased my ring from there. The ring itself is super uncomfortable and scratches super easily which I am bummed about. I plan to swap it out for a larger size and hope it’s more comfortable.

    I’ve had my oura ring since September 2025, 8 months now and it just now started disconnecting and shutting off by it self multiple times a day and it was amazing when it worked but now I’m upset it just isn’t working how it used to and I have taken great care of it!
