This is genius. It validates when I’m feeling sick, it confirms when I’m tired…it’s great for so many reasons. My most important is checking my quality of sleep/rest. It’s also nice that it reminds me when I’ve been sitting for too long. I have the Apple Watch but I can wear it at all times (shower or sleep) and I forget to wear it when I’m just at home. This ring has become a permanent fixture on my finger and I love it! Highly recommend.

The fitness data collected is shared in an incredibly user-friendly way to help promote healthier lifestyle choices, such as eating better, getting more sleep, and staying active. Aesthetically it looks great and fits nicely and snug but not too tight. Haven't tried it at the gym yet, but I ordered a silicon cover so I can avoid scratching it on the weights. It's a bit pricey, but I took advantage of Black Friday deals, and I'm excited to see many insights after a year of using it.

Life changing, especially for someone who is a little crazy about data and health. I check my status 5-10 per day. Very comfortable and for me better than a watch style health tracker since i like wearing mechanical watches.

Had it for serval months now and I love how accurate it is when it coming to the amount of sleep I get and tracking my cycle, there is a monthly subscription but it’s no more then $10. Very comfortable to sleep with as well

works amazing, i love the app its super easy to use and the ring feels like nothing! just be aware it scratches easily so its not good for lifting or climbing (i use it for both and its starting to look rough). its sleek and pretty lokey, so its good if you want something to track you at a more dressy place.
