Love the features available with Oura ring. I purchased a ring cover from Amazon to preserve the finish. Easy to use app and accurate readings. Way more features than my Samsung galaxy watch.

I was skeptical of the accuracy of this ring, but it has surprised me. I use it to track my sleep patterns and the information has been extremely useful. It took me around a week to get used to the fit of ring (mainly between my fingers) but it is very comfortable now. Definitely recommend the ring for anyone tracking sleeping or heart rate for related issues.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this O-ring turned out to be really good. It fits perfectly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do—no leaks at all. The material feels strong and not cheap like some others I’ve tried before. Super easy to install, took just a minute. So far, it’s holding up great. Definitely a solid buy for the price. Would order again if needed.

I’m enjoying my new Oura ring. I’m an Apple Watch wearer however the Oura is more accurate and I absolutely love that it gives me information regarding my sleep habits.

I enjoy it. Tracks my sleep and wellness and stress levels. Partners well with my Apple Watch. Battery life is great

The ring is super cool doesn’t seem to track burned calories accurately. But it does track sleep well. I've had a whoop before & I would say it tracks sleep slightly better. Only downside is it’s not really great at tracking lifts, & forms of workouts.

Very comfortable in use, helps me a lot to better understand my sleep cycle, looks very stylish. But a little uncomfortable to wear in gym, so I can’t track my activities in gym.

Long battery life and good health tracking. Ring was able to detect temperature change in my body warning me ahead of time before I started feeling sick.

I had a few watches and this really out performs them. Plus for comfort, nothing beats the oura for sleep.

The Oura ring is a fabulous piece of self-care technology that looks good too! It shines brightly among the ‘fitness tracker’ options. The app is user friendly, very educational and supports achieving your personal wellness goals!

Ive had the oura since March of this year. It does take a couple of weeks to get all the data, but, it’s helpful, comfortable, and does everything you need it to do. You do need a paid subscription for the app which is a reasonable yearly fee. The watches are too bulky. The ring is perfect.

I love my ring! It has given me so much information! I would suggest if you're someone who swells at night size up if comfortable.

Love all the things that can track. battery life lasts. all around a great purchase for me to track my heart and respirations. along with many other things!!

First I will say that this is a life monitor and not an athletic tracker. The sleep tracking is superb and the stress monitoring is insightful. That app is perhaps the most valuable part because all the data is useless if it’s not curated into a useful pleasant interface. I check it regulary throughout the day because I love all the insights. With that being said, the ring is useless for athletic tracking. It doesnt pick up my heart rate when I run or even recognize the activity. With the app not accounting for my heart rate while active I do not trust anythint it says about my heart. In other words, the ring works great when youre not moving around. I will note that I have tried 2 sizes now to ensure the issues were jot due to poor fit. So it still gets 4 stars and I still have a watch to track fitness activities.

I love my ring. The battery last extremely long and I can go days without having to charge it. I recommend sizing up.
